Part of increasing your speed of growth is hiring people both internally and externally to get the job done.

I've been using Elance and Problogger for years now. In this coaching session I talk through the key points of how to use the platforms to get the 'right' contractors for your projects.

I also encourage you to put up some 'easy' and 'low cost' projects just to help you get into 'elancing' and outsourcing.

You probably use the words 'google it'. Well after using elance you'll get used to saying 'elance it'. It's such a great way to outsource work and find out about things.
