After genuine consideration of the results achieved PROGRAM, I would like to take this opportunity to discuss your participation in the program.

Overall, the program has been very successful, with the majority of clients achieving great results. However, some clients have been expecting a quick fix for their business challenges. Other clients have expected great results without lifting a finger.

In each case, when this is the expectation, there has been no lasting, long term benefit achieved. This very short term approach to doing business is destructive and not in line with the aims of the program.

Accordingly, I have made the decision to restate the original aim of the program.

The program is a twelve month program designed to develop long term marketing strategies to provide consistent cash flow for your business.

The five ways to grow your business is where we work with our business growth strategies to give you an increase in turnover over the next 12 months.

To achieve the results we both need from this program, we need to reaffirm our commitment to each other. In the future:

We agree to:

• Complete 12 months of marketing with you as agreed with your coach;
• Produce ten marketing strategies over the term of the program;
• Focus on your marketing needs and not be distracted by other aspects of your business;
• Coach you on implementing the strategies immediately; and
• Be adaptable to your needs by increasing the frequency of our contacts.

In return, you agree to:

• Keep your contact appointments or provide at least 24 hours notice;
• Pay the installments automatically every month, on the agreed date, for the remainder of the program;
• Undertake the full video, audio and printed educational program
• Implement the ideas you agree on with your coach;
• Test and measure the marketing pieces we produce for you;
• Implement our strategies so that your business will flourish; and
• Always maintain your vision.

Taking every point above into consideration, it’s now decision time! If we are to continue our relationship, it will be based strictly on the above conditions, I will be in contact with you within seven days for your decision.
