My name is Darren Smith of a business called InXpress in Bulimba. Basically I wanted to make some changes and I didn't want to have the same results that I had last year. Had some good growth but I want it to grow faster and better systemized the business.

The community is great so I'm getting advice from different businesses from pharmacies to electrical companies. You know fish shops so they've got completely different businesses but very similar challenges. So I've been able to get great advice and apply some great techniques that's come from completely different businesses that I can put straight into my case is a genius.

I don't say that lightly. I mean honestly I've had business coaches before outside the franchise that I mean as well as inside. Casey,he's got plenty of ideas. He'll push you and push you in a good way so execution, great education, great teamwork and great community. So you've got other people to bounce ideas off and to get you to your business goals faster.

First two days not overwhelming, I'd probably say enlightening. In some ways, easier because I felt that after the two days that my biggest inhibitor was myself. I needed to just believe in myself and listen to the advice from Casey and the other Add10 members and put it in place.

Amazing. You've got new people, old people as in established businesses new businesses. Just as I said you know great camaraderie eased ask questions. I'm not afraid to be vulnerable and say hey listen I've got a problem in this area so you can be vulnerable.

Ask questions, ask dumb questions and they'll give you intelligent answers. So for me that's been great.
