Hey guys, it's Casey.

I just just thought I'd take you through a productivity tip and a tool that I use to help really accelerate my speed of work so I can get as much done as fast as I can.

And so I thought I'd just show you a little bit behind the scenes here at Add10 or Casey Gollan HQ.

What I do as a worker, I don't like working in the office all the time and I don't want to work from home all the time. I like to be mobile, a bit of an active movement sort of person.

So one of the things that I migrated to awhile ago is getting a what it's called, a dongle or a, you know, a portable modem that I can take with my laptop wherever I go.

And so the what I've been using it's... I'll show you here. Oh well, let me just set up that for you before I show it to you. And I'll show to you in a moment. I'll explain it and explain why it's so cool.

I just posted my internet speed on my business page where my download speed today is 198 megabits per second, upload speed of 37.6.

Now I was just at my Add10 Accelerator a couple of weeks ago and I was talking to some of my clients about the importance of speed. And what I do in my business and what I train all of my clients to do is you should be doing business at the speed of thought not at the speed of your internet or not at the speed of a snail.

So what I do with my business and what I train my team to do or my clients to do is
to build out teams in their business so that they as the business owner can once they get ideas they can delegate it to the team, whether it's internal team or whether they build a virtual team as well. And building virtual teams is one of my superpowers. So it ends up happening.

Your biggest block that you're gonna have as an entrepreneur or as a business owner is your lack of time. It won't be ideas. It's gonna be lack of time. And therefore it's going to lead to lack of execution.

How can you speed up that execution time? It's by building teams and it is by using technology, to use those teams effectively. So when you get an idea, because you're gonna get a lot of inspiration, whether it's at night, whether it's in the day, whether it's walking around, you want to take that inspiration then delegate it to the appropriate team members to get shit done.

So what I love about being in the world now than when I started 21 years ago, this stuff wasn't around, but the speed of being able to execute and execute those ideas to your team to get them to do the execution so you can focus on the big picture and keep taking those ideas and delegating to people.

One of the key tools is your internet connection. So I have some guys in my group that are making, you know, that have added millions to their business but they're still on the old NBN standard or the ADSL2 plans where their internet speed is really quite slow and it takes them a long time to get their ideas.

So they might record their ideas on their phone or record their ideas on a computer on a video or audio and it takes them a long time to get those ideas to their team so. I so I've started showing them what it is that I use and I want to show you too.

Because if you can get your idea much faster to your team you're gonna get more stuff done and then they're gonna get more stuff done and you're gonna execute more on your ideas. And that to-do list, you know you got that to-do list of all the things you want to do, we can get that down.

So let me show you what I use. So I use this is called a Netgear. I think it's called a Nighthawk from Telstra. You might not be able to hear this so I better speak closer. This is called a Netgear. It's called Nighthawk. It's from Telstra.

And let me just separate that. I'll separate and hold it. So this is what I use. This is from Telstra but you can't see it properly because it's not reversing. But this is a mobile broadband. I can take this anywhere.

I think I can take it overseas. I haven't done that yet but I can take it anywhere. I just have a bag that I use. I got a backpack and I just put my laptop and this in and I take it wherever I go so I can work at high speed from anywhere that I go. And I can also tether my iPhone to this and tether my other what do you call it, your iPads and stuff like that to it.

And it's uber uber fast. So if you're looking at NBN at the moment I think the download speed is 12 and upload speed might be about 4 or 6. So at my speeds I'm doing about 40 to 80 upload speed.

So if I'm shooting video and sharing it with my team to either update. Yeah, so Glenn's gotten his. Glenn, thanks for that. Yeah he's gotten the same. It's always faster than NBN like so much faster. Just talking about that Glenn.

NBN's like 12 down and about five or six up. So at about today I'm 198 down compared to 12. It's like 15 times faster and then your upload. If the upload in NBN is like 5 and it's like 37 seven times faster. So you can be seven times more effective.

It's just for me it's a no-brainer. And I think for business owners, you know, to invest in something like that, Glenn, I don't know what you paid for it, I think mine's like 130 a month or something like that. But that 130 a month, yeah, you could save some money.

You could probably get 60 bucks a month or something like that. But if you're saving, you know, $70 a month and you could potentially be working seven times faster. You can make a lot more money than $70 in that savings.

So anyway just thought I'd show you behind the scene - you might wanna check that out as a business. I know whether it's this one. I don't work with Telstra but I use Telstra. You can use whatever you want but I just want to get you thinking about building your business at the speed of thought, getting an idea and getting it out to your team.

So you can have to do a couple of things. Obviously build your team to do that but have the tools to be able to work with those teams effectively. And for me, I've got a lot of virtual assistants all over the world and so using something like this it's super super fast.

So Glenn, you're not sure if mine's package with my mobile's for the business but when I utilise feeds it's way better. Let me just check that.

So yeah, I've just got this iPhone X and I'm talking on at the moment and so I've got that on a package. It's 120 gig I think. It's about 180 and then I've got this on top of it which is maybe 130 or something like that.

So I'm paying a lot for data but this has got 80 gig and the phone's got 120 gig so you're gonna be seeing a lot of me more doing Facebook lives which is what the purpose is. Because the more that you put your face out there and spread good word about how you do things the more client you're gonna get.
