I used to work about 70 to 80 hours a week just doing absolutely everything in the business, trying to spin that many plates that occasionally come crashing down.
Casey has taught me how to build a team that builds the business. So basically we're now building processes and our team is doing a lot of the work that I used to do myself so I can focus on growing the business and building it.
It certainly has given me more time to be out and going on holidays with my wife and three kids, planning that time out because I know that when I'm away the works getting done.
It's taken our business from about 750K to 1 and a half million in 18 months. Profit in the last 12 months has been about 150 percent increase on the previous year over 12 months.

Before I got on board with Casey I spent many hours going through every single bit of information he got on his website as far as testimonials. And basically just gave me the feeling that I knew this guy before I even met him.
I just knew all about him and what he stood for and in his values and what he's done for other businesses. And it just gave me a lot of trust, just gave me heaps of trust in this guy. This guy's believable and I just, yeah, just got to run with it.
It's been a pretty full-on two days but just got heaps out of it and heaps to do in my next 90 days. And yeah, I'll hit down and tie it all up.
