• Watch the first QP4 webinar to understand the key 14 areas
• As progress put in your own areas of importance to plan and report on
• Fill your spreadsheet out as though you are presenting to a board of directors and investors. So put in your budgeted, then insert a note to explain why, and how you will achieve it. Then for your reporting insert a note explain what happened and what you are doing about it moving forward.
• Follow the Add10 Calendar to do your planning and reporting in a timely manner.
• If you aren't hitting your targets let Casey know as soon as possible.
