This is the tool I use to help me 'design' websites, ads, flyers etc.

It's called 'Snagit' by Techsmith.

I use this software daily.

It gets my highest recommendation.

You can take 'pics' of the things you like and put them together as a 'mock up' for graphic designers and web designers.

You'll see 3 pdf's attatched that my brother Ryan, did to show his designer how to do his new website at the time of making it.

We knew exactly how we wanted the site. So we took the time to make sure the designer knew exactly how to do things.

Since putting this site live - Ryan has been booked out solid. The results have been off the charts.

He used SnagIt to explain in detail all the elements and what they needed to be so the web designer would get it 'right' (they like to do their 'own' thing - which usually isn't what we want them to do!).
