Hi Name,
I don't think we know each other.
However, your colleague, NAME and I have been working together for a while on leadership training and they suggested that you are an exceptional person and would be a good fit for the work that I do.They are expecting you to call or email them to make sure I am for real, so feel free to touch bases with them.In any event I thought I'd send this introductory email to introduce myself and my services because at some point in time, you may be interested in working together.
In short, I help leaders become world class leaders. (or whatever)
To do that I run a number of programs and training packages for one-on-one work and one to many workshops to help blah blah blah.
You can visit my website www.executivespeaking.com.au
I also have a weekly blog post posted here www.executivespeaking.com.au/blogYou can also review my facebook page XXXXX and my linkedin page XXXXXX so that you can get a feel for my work, the community of leaders I work with.
If it's okay with you, I have also taken the liberty to put you onto my email newsletter list. If you'd like to unsubscribe just reply to this email with 'UNSUBSCRIBE' and I'll happily remove you from the list. Alternatively you can easily remove yourself at any time by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' list.NAME certainly had some nice things to say about you, so it would be great to talk or meet you some time.
If you'd like to work together at some stage, as a colleague of NAME's I'd certainly like to get you on board.
I'd welcome your call and or email at any time.
Thanks
Name
Okay the following step would be to give them a follow up call in 2 or 3 days to say 'hi name, it's Darren Fleming here, your colleague NAME suggest I should contact you so this is a courtesy call just to follow up the email I sent on DAY.... did you get it?
And go from there.
