When you are growing a business you need to market for staff, like you market for customers.
Recruit for team members 24/7.
Make it easy for them to find you.
Then show them that you're different - for the right reasons.
If you can use a video on your page to really involve the potential new staff members emotionally like Twenty4, Harris Real Estate and Livestrong (removed from their landing page because of the Lance factor - but none the less you can see how powerful it was).
Then set up your landing pages on your website so that your potential new team members can really get a great 'feel' for your business and 'want' to become part of it.
