Will it work for my business?Depends. Google bans some businesses from using adwords. And there there’s businesses and products we don’t wanna touch - because it’s too hard or we’ve learnt won’t work. If we know through our experience or believe it won’t, we’ll tell you upfront. Adwords is a great strategy for a lot of businesses, but not all.

How long until it works?
Sometimes it’s instant. However with our set up and management service you’ll need to be patient for the first 60 to 90 days to let the account find it’s feet. This is the most important time. This is where the savings are made and those saving will pay off later. The first 90 days is all about finding where we funnel your money to to get the best return.

How much do I need to spend?
Depends. Essentially once you know adwords works and it’s predictable, you scale it to get more leads and sales. However when you start with us we’ll step you through how to get the most out of it, safely.

Do I have to get a set up?
Yes. We back our stuff, not someone else’s. So we’ll build out our magical adwords set up for you in your account. If you already have adwrods set up you can keep it running until our version is ready to go live. Then you can pause your existing set up.

Why do you have a flat fee for set up?
Because it’s roughly the same time and effort for each client. A lot of preparation and expert knowledge goes into what we do. That’s why we’ve sold over half a billion using this platform. Join us and you’ll know why.

Do you set up remarketing?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.

Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds, but we do refund if a client pays to come on board and then during the set up phase we determine that adwords won’t work for their business.

Are there any contracts to sign?
Never. Payments are made month by month, in advance and you can cancel anytime. If you do we will stop working and stop billing immediately. If you don’t like our work, you are free to go.

How do I contact support?

What reports do I get?
Two. Both via email. The first is a beautiful report that you can choose to get weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This beauty shows you what’s working, what isn’t. It’ll show the most popular keywords, ads, and the best roi’s you’re getting.
The second is a summary of all the work we have performed on your account with our recommendations on how to keep improving.

What do you guys do each month?
A lot. The constant attention to detail, updating, removing, adding, testing will make your account ‘pop’. In this game you have to be ‘on’ all the time. In some accounts their will be hundreds of changes each month. We get in weekly to do our thing. You’ll appreciate what we do 🙂

Will I need to increase or decrease my adwords spend?
Depends. We’ll work with you and provide recommendations. Ultimately you want adwords to deliver leads and sales. We’ll guide you on how this will be work for your business. Once we have it dialled in, it’s a matter of testing new budgets to see what works best.
Some clients have gone from a few thousand dollars a month up to $80,000+ - because it’s been working for them and they wanted to grow.

Will I be able to measure how effective it is?
Absolutely. You’ll need to work with us though to allow this, as we’ll need to insert conversion code on your website and for phone calls to track everything. You’ll love it.

Will I need to make changes to my website?
Probably, unless you’re a gun. Most people will need to make minor changes to their website to help us do our thing. You can do that yourself, or with your web guy or hire our add10ninjas to do it for you. We’ll give you recommendations at set up and monthly on what needs to be done. They’ll make you more money, so follow them.
