SEO Agreement

We both want to win in this relationship. So let's set clear expectations so that we have a win:win relationship.

What We Must Do...

  • We must provide you with a list of all the things we require from you to begin your seo setup
  • We must set up your seo account in 14 days once you have provided your onboarding requirements, connecting your website to all google’s assets and optimizing your site for our monthly work to begin.
  • We must provide you with keyword research so that you can choose (with our guidance) the most relevant keywords for your business to rank for.
  • We must provide you with 24/7 access to see your ranking reports with our Add10Seo software that provides updates every 3 days, and email you a monthly report at the end of each month.
  • We must work on your existing and/or new pages each month to optimize them to have the best chance for them to rank for your important keywords.
  • We must send you emails of the work we have done on your account and keep you up to date.
  • We must respond to any communication within 24 hours of business time.
  • We must send you requests on how you and your web team can make changes to improve your rankings. Please implement any changes we recommend swiftly.
  • We must keep up to date and current with our seo process to help your business rank and keep ranking as long as you work with us

Here's What You Must Do...

  • You must accept that SEO is a long term strategy and that it can take 3-6 months to get progress, and that is may take at least 12 months to really provide significant value. Committing to long term work with us is the surest way to get you ranking and stay ranking.
  • You must pay all your initial 12 month term payments either upfront, or on time each month without fail. You understand that this is a payment plan and not a subscription and your initial 12 month term must be paid off on time and in full..
  • You must quickly provide us with all the requirements we ask you for us to be able to do our work at the level you are expecting.
  • You must provide us with content that we ask for to help us build you new pages that are needed to help your overall strategy.
  • You must understand that your rankings can be effected from time to time and that both ups and downs are expected, and you give us reasonable time to correct things
  • We need you to let us know if you create new pages so we can manage the SEO of those pages. Because any new design or content could adversely effect your SEO, Adwords, Facebook and others due to code being missed.
  • You must keep your initial 12 month commitment, participating fully and paying your monthly payment on time and in full. After the initial term you will be billed month by month in advance, until you give 30 days written notice that you want to stop.
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY - things will go wrong and be tough at times. Be a leader and not a victim. Like a traffic light TELL us when you are amber before you hit 'red'. Anything is solvable and we are incredibly proud of the value we provide and know how to make it work for you. We are here to help.
  • You must respect and not share our IP. That means you can implement into your existing business, but you can't share/teach/consult and/or coach it without Casey express written consent.
  • We’d like you to try and refer at least one person of your calibre. Someone who you feel would enjoy the things we offer. This means we can spend less time looking for clients, and more time helping you win.
