What We Need From You

SEO Setup Requirements:

Your first 10-14 days with us is involved with setting up your website for our SEO work with you. As soon as you are able to provide all that we need for the setup, we can start immediately on your Monthly SEO.

Below are the list of other things we need from you that needs to be done in the first 7 days after you submitted your Onboarding Form. Provided also are links to instructions on how to retrieve them or connect us to your accounts.

 

1. Google My Business Details and Verification

Create Google My Business, get verified then send us an access thru cgbcmcc@gmail.com.

 

2. Youtube Account 

Share Youtube access by giving manager access to cgbcmcc@gmail.com

 

3. Google Maps API

Send us your Google Maps API key. Here is how to generate Google Maps API 

 

4. cPanel Logins and FTP

Here are a few ways to retrieve this information.

 

a. You can log in on your Customer Portal or your Hosting Billing Account and find your cPanel details under My Services or My Domain.

 

b. You can try to search your Email inbox and type in the keywords "Hosting" or "cPanel" then you may find the Welcome email that your hosting provider sent you.

 

c. Contact your hosting provider for your cPanel details . (If your site is being handled by a web dev agency you can contact them to ask for the information).

 

Most web hosts will email you these details after you sign up for a web hosting package. You’ll find your FTP information in the welcome email you receive from your host.

 

Note: Your FTP username and password are generally the same as your cPanel username and password.

5. Website Login Details

Please give us access to your website by creating a new user account for Add10 with this email: seo@add10million.com

 

6. Google Console

Add your website in Search Console. Share your Google Console access to cgbcmcc@gmail.com. Here is how to do it.

 

7. Google Adwords

Here is how to share your Adwords Account access to cgbcmcc@gmail.com

 

8. Google Analytics

Lastly, share your Google Analytics access to cgbcmcc@gmail.com

KEY POINTS TO UNDERSTAND FROM THIS VIDEO

1. For each KEYWORD (KW) we will create a unique page.
2. You need to record or type 300 words about that KW (see the examples given in the video and the links provided). --> Don't complicate this step. Record it like you are 'talking directly to a customer' That way our team can transcribe your words, edit them and post onto the page. <--.
3. Provide 5 Unique images that are about the page KW.
4. Record a 30sec or more video about the KW. Upload to Youtube. Name it as the KW.

We will do the rest.

Your page may look different. Your keyword will be different and your images will be too. Just follow the instructions and we will use each of the 3 to make it work for your business.

Requirements For Each Keyword

Landing Page Requirements

Part of our work with you will be optimising your existing pages and also creating new pages that have a specific keyword focus. This makes the page highly relevant to google and to the prospective customer.

 

1. List of Keywords

If you have a list of keywords that you want to rank for, pls send them to seo@add10million.com. We will also do our own Keyword Research and send to you the list so you can approve.

 

Based on the consolidated keyword list, pls choose your top 20 KW that are most important for you and also specify the locations you want to target with these keywords. (eg. Business Coach Melbourne, Business Coach Sydney)

 

2. Top 3 KW Content and Landing Page

The Add10SEO Team will draft the landing page template for your first top 3 keywords with the content you have provided. We will follow the formula outlined in the video above.

 

3. Landing Page Text Content

Follow the instructions about the 300 words as detailed in the video and shown in the image above.

 

In providing the text to us - please don't aim for us to 'figure it out'. That will slow down our progress. If you want text written for you - that can be done, at an additional cost. Please let us know if you'd like us to arrange that for you.

 

Record or type the text like speaking to a customer about the KW. That way we can take your sentences and refine it.

 

This can be information that your site visitor would want to know such as FAQs, how to's, anything that feeds the curiosity and gives value to anyone who comes to your page.

 

If you have specific instructions on how you want each page should look, you can send us a video recording using Vidyard Chrome extension.

 

If you can't write, you can record a video on what content each section of the landing page should have, revolving around the keyword you want to rank for each page and we will transcribe the content for you.

4. Videos

For each landing page, we will need 1 featured video named after each keyword. Better upload these videos on YouTube so you will also rank for videos on those keywords.

 

Here is an example of an optimised YT video named after the KW and it's corresponding landing page. Here is a tutorial on how to optimise your YT video. If you have shared access to your YouTube we can upload the videos for you and optimise them.

 

If you don't have a YouTube account, here is how to create a YT account or create a new YT channel.

 

5. Hero Image and 5 other content images

We recommend sending image files of less than 500 KB for best results, though the limit for an individual image upload is 20 MB. When it comes to image size, bigger isn't always better, as uploading larger images can affect site performance.

 

The dimensions of the original image can have a big impact on how it displays on your site. We recommend using images that are between 1500 and 2500 pixels wide.

 

It helps to ensure each image you will send to have the same aspect ratio (height:width), as images are typically cropped based on their width and height. If all your images have the same aspect ratio, it will be easier to anticipate how they'll crop.

 

Name each image after the keyword. Provide a brief description for each of the images if you want to feature them with text.

 

We need at least 1 hero image for each keyword landing page and 5 as content images. These images preferably must be unique to your business (not stock photos) for each landing page.

 

Where to Send Your Files

Send them to us following any of the options below.

 

1. Send us the files as attachment to this email seo@add10million.com

 

2. Send us the files via a dropbox link if you have a dropbox account

 

3. Share us a folder in your dropbox account to dropbox@add10million.com and just drop any files you want added in the shared folder. Please make sure to name the folder after your website name so it's easier for us to know.

 

4. Please click this link to send your files to our dropbox if you don't have your own dropbox account. Please add your name in the file name. Example: Casey-Gollan-logo.png.

Monthly SEO

Once we have let you know that your set up is complete, it will be time for us to begin our Monthly SEO.

1. Content for KW Landing Pages

For the KW landing pages, we are targeting a maximum of 9-5 keywords per month. If at times that no content is provided, we still have other SEO strategies lined up to keep your pages ranking.

 

2. Monthly Reports

At the end of each month, you will receive email updates regarding your keyword ranking status with comparison to previous months so you can see how your keywords are moving in ranks.
