Team Meeting To Lay Down The Law

Here’s an actual agenda of one of my clients that decided that ‘enough was enough’.

He had a team that was just ‘going-through-the-motions’.

It had cost him tens if not hundreds of thousands.

So it was time for him to step up and pull the team into line.

What happened?

No one left, no one quit and no-one protested.

They all jumped into line and started producing the way they should have always done.

But in the past the leader was soft. So like most humans, they took advantage of it.

Don’t let this happen to you.

You need to lead and you need to be the boss.

They need leadership, not ‘likership’!

As a leader it’s your responsibility to get more out of the individual than they would get out of themselves.
