Welcome! My name is Casey Gollan. This is episode number 1 of the #ADD10GROWSHOW . This is something I've been wanting to do for years and now is the time. The concept of the show is very simple.

I've been growing businesses since 1996 as a full-time business coach in my business, same business I am speaking to you about right now. I have an idea and that idea is the Add10. It's a company, it's a brand that I am starting.

I want to show you how I start it up, then scale it up and then build it to sell up. So I'm going to take you from ZERO in sales to 6, 7, 8 possibly 9 figures and then exit several years down the track. This show is going to document that process so you can learn how it is that I grow businesses.

Why do you want to learn from me?

I've been growing businesses since 1996 and some of the people I've worked with have done phenomenal with their growth and their achievement within their business.

Some of the clients I've worked with include Eddie Machaalani and Mitchell Harper from BigCommerce who took a $6M business when they started with me. In just a few short years later they are in the BRW YOUNG RICH list which, in Australia, is a big deal. But their business, which is BigCommerce, in 2014 was valued in over $500M.

I've worked with Steve Rollings of Anytime Fitness who had one Anytime Fitness gym when he came to me and within a couple of years he started another. He has now about 10 or so gyms and then he went on to win in Anytime Fitness International Franchisee of the Year award in 2012.

And also I got to work with Rob Cecconi from SportsNetHolidays who took out the 2010 BRW Fastest Growing Business in the private sector and the $100M.

So, I have some pretty clever people that I've worked with. What I traditionally worked with (it's not so much with start-ups, I love you, guys who are in the start-ups) but it's normally in the scale-up part of their business where they are in about $500M maybe or more and then I'll take them from the $10M, maybe $20M sometimes, to start up and take it to A $500M.

It's usually around that ballpark. A $1M to $10M in a 1 to 3 period is normally what I've done in the last (nearly) 20 years of doing this. And I will show you how to do that for your business.

Big time!
